Béchamel sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1-1/4 cups Milk

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.
  3. Slowly add in the milk while constantly stirring it.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  1. Makes 1 cup
