Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup Buffalo or hot sauce
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Water
Directions
- Marinate chicken in buffalo or hot sauce for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a bag, combine flour, half of the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- On a plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the rest of the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Shake the chicken pieces with the seasoned flour.
- Beat eggs with 1 tbsp water, and place egg mixture in a shallow dish or bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in the seasoned bread crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes. Turn pieces over. Bake an additional 8 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
