Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Turkey fat (top of separated liquid)
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Turkey broth (bottom of separated liquid)
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Pour pan drippings into a gravy separator.
- Combine fat and flour in a pan on medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- Pour in broth while continuing to stir. Cook an additional 4 minutes while stirring.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Notes
- Made from pan drippings of cooking a turkey
- Essentially made like a Béchamel but with turkey fat and broth
