Oven-Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3/4 lbs Red Potatoes
- 6 large cloves Garlic (unpeeled, flattened)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Crumbled Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut potatoes into 1 and 1/4th inches wide wedges
- Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8” square pan
- Season
- Roast until tender and crusty – about 45 minutes
