Oven-Roasted Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lbs Red Potatoes
  • 6 large cloves Garlic (unpeeled, flattened)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Crumbled Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Cut potatoes into 1 and 1/4th inches wide wedges
  3. Combine potatoes, garlic, oil and rosemary in 8” square pan
  4. Season
  5. Roast until tender and crusty – about 45 minutes
  6. Stir occasionally
