Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1-1/2 cups Milk
- 4 Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Melt butter
- Add 1 and ½ cups milk
- Cook and stir over low heat until thickened
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Put in a buttered baking dish
- Add potatoes and onion
- Pour sauce over top
- Bake at 350 degrees until tender—approximately 1 and ¼ hours
